As parents of a special needs child, we founded this Special Education Law Center in 2006 to help our most deserving clients obtain an appropriate education.

 

Our attorneys have master's degrees in education and specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. Some of our services include: IEP consultations, Student file reviews, Formal legal representation at Administrative Due Process hearings, Attendance at IEP meetings, Non -representative consultation, and many other services. The firm also provides private Guardian ad Litem services for families and attorneys regarding custody or planning needs.

"TO ENSURE THAT ALL CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES HAVE AVAILABLE TO THEM A FREE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC EDUCATION (FAPE) THAT EMPHASIZES SPECIAL EDUCATION AND RELATED SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS AND PREPARE THEM FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND INDEPENDENT LIVING"
