Cammarata & Cammarata, P.L. is a law firm that provides legal representation with special education, business matters throughout the state of Florida. As parents of a special needs child, we founded this Special Education Law Center in 2006 to help our most deserving clients obtain an appropriate education. With our specialized education and training, we also serve as Experts for Family Law and Criminal Court Cases which require specialized knowledge of children's unique needs and federal rights.

 

Our attorneys have master's degrees in education and specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. "TO ENSURE THAT ALL CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES HAVE AVAILABLE TO THEM A FREE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC EDUCATION (FAPE) THAT EMPHASIZES SPECIAL EDUCATION AND RELATED SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS AND PREPARE THEM FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND INDEPENDENT LIVING"
